His daily rutine



Because of the kind of work Manuel Elkin Patarroyo has, he should get up early about 3 and half in the morning. He takes a breakfast. 

Obviously he must do exercise in the morning. He must leads keep up healthy lifestyle, he eats healthy and does much exercise. He work out in the gym at 4am until 5 and half of the morning and then he come back to his home. He takes a shower and then, he get into his car and he drive off to his job about 6am. 

In his work, he should be very look out so he drinks coffee at middle morning and at noon he takes a lunch. He works until 3pm. 

Then, he meets with his colleagues and his friends and they go to play golf. At night he eat out with his family and he come back to his home with them. 

Before goes to sleep, he works a little and he reads a book. He go to bed at 10 pm. In the weekends, he could goes to travel with his family or he gives lectures or he does yoga or aerobics with his wife.
